As a physical therapist, I have used these on patients in the outpatient setting. I personally own one to work deep into my hamstrings, quads, gastrocs (calf), gluts, piriformis, IT band, and arms. This tool is incredibly versatile, but I would not say its an all-in-one for all your stretching/myofascial work. I use this product, along with a triggerpoint roller, and stretch-out-strap. The 3 of these items together have made my muscles MUCH more flexible, along with my patients. My low-back pain and general hip pain from tight muscles is now completely gone with the help of these items.
Item is WELL-BUILT, and great to use on a partner as well.

I was recommended buying this item by my physical therapist...so worth it. It helps get knots out of all muscles the same as a foam roller, but without all the painful pressure. I really like this thing. Have no problem with the item itself....more so myself. What I mean is, it works great for massaging tired/achy muscles....the ones I can reach. I just need to be a little more flexible in order get a couple of spots I'd like to. Aside from that, it appears to be well made, works well & I think over time [and searching on youtube] I'll get better at using it also.
