This is my second pair of these elbow pads. I use these for Roller Hockey. They are super leight weight and most importatly the range of motion is there. It's as if I am not wearing any at all. And anyone wo plays hockey knows how bulky the pads can be. And how it's really a disadvantage with slap shots etc. Once these pads warm up with body heat, they completely mold to your body. Upon impact they protect your elbow very well.
