Best shorts I own. Long enough, don't bind anywhere, comfortable enough to sleep in. Wonderful for travel. Can dress up or dress down with tops. Sizing is true. Have 6 pairs in 3 colors. Black, Everglade, Khaki/Desert. If this short came in a gray/taupe, I'd own 8 pairs. In pics, Slate looks more blue than the gray/taupe color I'd be willing to buy.

I have the same shorts in green and light beige and they fit fine. This is my second pair of black ones. I thought the first ones were just mislabled, so I gave them to a friend. This pair is still too small. I kept them, with the hopes I would lose a few and they would fit better. It is frustrating that different colors fir differently. They are a wonderful material, very comfortable and dry well.

I wanted to like these, but ended up returning them. The color "Everglade" wasn't that nice in my opinion, kind of an ugly green whereas it looked more like a grayish green on the web. But really the problem I had was not the color, but the length and width of the end of the shorts. I'm 5' 7" and they came to my knees not above and they were wider than I want. To me a Bermuda short is typically more narrow and these were not, but just my preference.

These are excellent fitting shorts that sits at the waist, has a perfect length, and quick drying. I have ordered one in each color and two in black because I wear that color the most.
