These are surprisingly warm, wind proof-ish, for such a minimalist form factor. I had a pair for about 10 years, and just updated with a new pair. The old pair were getting a little worn in the palm, but I gave them to my broke younger brother, and he's still using them. Not dead of the winter in Minneapolis gloves, but good to about 30 degrees.
