Since there were no reviews of this jacket, I wasn't sure what was going to arrive. I purchased it based upon the photo and that it was offered in purple.
What a great jacket! I like both the color and checkered design. There's a removable (attached with snaps and zipper) "bill" type hood with elastic cords to pull the hood in closer, a small inside pocket, snaps at the bottom, full front zipper, velcro closures along the way too, the collar can become "turtle-neck" ish, and two side zipper pockets. Length? Just about reaches the bottom of my butt.
If you are in between sizes, I'd go up one.
