I am a huge fan of Pearl Izumi and they make most of my favorite gear I own. I pretty much only buy their gloves due to the comfort and quality. They just seem to fit me. I was very dissapointed with these however. They WERE very warm for sure. However, I did not like the liner which left me feeling like my hands were sliding around all over. In addition, after my hands got a good sweat going, which they will with these gloves unless you are in the teens I imagine, I found it virtually impossible to get my hands back in once I took them off as the liner pulled back with my fingers. It took several painful moments and I never did get one pinky to go all the way in bringing some discomfort the rest of the ride.
In addition, the palms are just leather with no padding, and my hands were uncomfortable for most of the ride. The Elite version, whose liner Iliked better, had gel padding on the palms in important places, which help greatly with comfort.
So, in the end, whild they are well constructed, very warm, and according to IP more water resistant, I much preferred the Elite. I tried these first as they were only about $5 more, but for me at least that was a mistake.

Gloves fit well, are comfortable with gripping handlebars for 4-5 hours and most importantly have kept my hands warm for rides down to 25F (and windy).

These are wonderful. Keeps my husbands hands really warm (he is a runner), and my only suggestion is that you go up a size. They tend to run small. Otherwise, a great product. Go for it!

I have only used these gloves 2 times, and the temp was between 30-40 degrees Fahrenheit. They are plenty warm which was very important to me. The only slight nit, is that the liner and the outer layer kind of move around giving a "slippery" feel on the grip. It's nothing too major, as when you ride in the cold there will be some sacrifices, and the layers themselves are actually what is creating the warmth. Overall these are great.
