Smartwool is almost the perfect fabric. I say almost because there are materials that are softer, but none that perform the same. She wears it all the time and it doesn't matter whether it is 0-65 degrees. She uses it for light outdoor activity and for general activities. It is both stylish and versatile, not to mention, she looks great in it! Although pricey, it is totally worth the money. Could I afford it, I would only wear Smartwool as I try to purchase a piece once a month to add to my collection.

For Men: I have the men's version. I can't tell you how much I love my shirt. It is the perfect material and could be used for anything! I have worn it to the gym, skiing, running, camping, EVEN to a nice dinner with the Wife, you name it. It fits very well and stretches to your body type. I am an very armature body builder and it fits perfectly as I progress. Super strong material and I would buy one to wear every day if I could afford to.

It is every thing I hoped for. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of three is because I think it should be priced a little lower, not because of any lack of quality, but simply because this puts it out of range for some people's budget, particularly in this hard economic time. But, of course, maybe the price gives more people jobs and is fairer to those whose work to manufacture it. We can only hope.

Bought this to keep my daughter warm in her snowy climate. Nice quality and weight. I just hope the wool, intended to be worn next to skin, is not at all itchy. It seems soft, but I feel the wool in the weave. Prompt service. Excellent seller.
