I use these for running & biking on days w/ short sleeved shirt/jersey when weather starts cooler & then warms up, they can then be either pushed down to wrists or removed & put in pocket. These are light weight material so good for sun protection too. A little confused when ordering that these say "men's", they fit the same as "one size fits all" (I'm a 5'7" 130 lb female)

You can't get much better really. Socks for my arms. Keeps me warm on cold rides about 50 degrees. Great color for increased visibility. Price was great as well.

These are men's arm warmers, but I am a female with short arms and these almost fit perfectly. The could be a few inches longer though!

I know these say Men's arm warmers, but I would call them uni-sex as I don't think the sizing differs from men to women. Although if you have very small arms these might not fit you. I love the color of these and they are perfect for a cool day. I tend to wear these more often on the bike and I can easily push them down while riding. I'll probably buy more colors when I find a good deal.

My dh uses these to save his arms during construction work or during mechanic work . He even wears them when its 80+ out. They protect his arms very nicely. He especially loves the grey color.
