I had these pants as a "wish list" item for about a year. I am sorry I waited so long to get them. I now own two pairs and I am about to purchase my third. they are comfortable and fit just right.I work outdoors belaying, climbing, and hiking in them. They are durable, high quality pants that keep me cool. They are a little expensive, but built to last.

I've avoided buying hiking pants for years as they have all been made for those with an athletic body and had very little stretch. These pants have generous stretch, a nice rise, and a drawstring to help cinch in at the waist (but that doesn't create and strange bunching). I am typically a curvy size 8 and also petite, so these are perfect in the short length. The sizing does run a little on the small size as I had to order a 10 to feel comfortable, but it was a close toss-up between the 8 and 10. If you like clothes a little tighter or have a less curvy shape they are probably right on target. The zipper below the knee looks strange at first, but I think looks more flattering than if it were higher up when the bottoms are off. They are also cute so you can travel in these in comfort, they would be perfect airplane pants!

These pants fit well and they are very comfortable for hiking. I sometimes fit in smaller sizes, but am curvy so I bought a 14, which fit me well.
