I was lucky with sizing I guess, but here is a tip: Measure your hand (around at the widest point of your palm, thumb not included). If you are 6.25-7.25 inches, go for the small ones. If you are over 8 inches, go for the large ones. My hand is 7.25.

I have thin hands and everywhere i went the gloves were to BIG!, but these fit perfect and they didn't cost $50! i also like that they are short and don't rub my wrist. great find!Best Deals for Pearl Izumi Women's Select Glove
I had a pair of cheap bontrager gloves picked up at local store. They are not super impressive but have decent padding and protect my hands alright. They came apart over time and I decided to buy these Pearl Izumi select gel gloves for myself and my girl friend. I got the medium following sizing chart and she got the XS. Both of us find these gloves constantly try to rip our fingers apart. When I rest my hands on the hood, there is a tendency of hands sliding forward. The part of the gloves in between fingers are cutting right into my hand and cause severe pain over a 40 mile ride. Have to switch back to my old broken gloves.I give them 2 stars because I might have got too big a size and they may fit better if I get a size smaller. But for my girl friend, she's got the smallest size and this happened to her in the first ride too.
