Very happy with this helmet. It's matte black, not shiny black, which is nice. It fits good, and is comfortable. I haven't taken it skiing yet, but it seems warm. There's an adjustable band on the inside that lets you fit it exactly to your head size. It's also very light.

Have used this helmet 5 full days of snowboarding. After many falls, this helmet is still holding up perfectly. Very comfortable, keeps you warm, I would highly recommend it.

The helmet shell is good. The ear pieces are not of the best quality. You can feel the cardboard behind the padding. I have 2 helmets. One of the helmets has a broken attachpoint to the strap in only three days of skiing. Disappointed at the durability but the helmet still works.
