This jacket is top notch. The temperature around here was hovering at about zero lately, and I could take a walk around the neighborhood with just a t-shirt and this BWW Fleece. Absolutely worth every penny, it'll last for years. It's not too hot if you combine this with the Blackhawk Warrior Wear Shell Jak, but I like it warm.

The quality is unmatched in any garment of this class that I've seen. Stitching is perfect, most everything is triple-stitched, and to the highest standard. The zipper is flawless in operation. The pockets are generously sized, but with no zipper, so be careful not to drop your keys out of them, as they are not designed at a slant. Minor thing, but you should know. I use other pockets anyway, so this isn't an issue as there is usually another layer over this one.

I really shopped around and fluctuated on whether I would get this jacket. I already had the Shell Jak and an Under Armor second layer jacket (it was cheaper than the identical Blackhawk version), and I wondered if I really needed this jacket. I'm very glad I got it. The Fleece can be worn alone or as a base layer. Great to wear around the house if you hate turning up the furnace! There's so many options now that I have the complete system. Wait for a sale if you can!

The cut for this Fleece liner is an amazing fit! The only downside that i found was that the pockets are straight and thus items will fall out if one is not careful. (Then again, i use this as a liner for other layers so i would normally carry what i need in my other pockets)

The zipper is great quality and the cut on the sleeves by the wrist is snug in a good way; no cold air slips in. I would recommend this Liner to anyone that is either looking for a quick layer to put on for the fall or spring. Also works great for its intended purpose as a base layer for winter clothing.

Not happy at all with the "customer cultivation" of the company filling my order. I will not do business w/them again. I am a 22yr Army Officer currently deployed to Afghanistan. I have the Blackhawk "Shell-Jack" & ordered this fleece liner for my shell. I wanted to test the product this winter in the mountainous region surrounding the Afghan capital city of Kabul. So, the wrong size showed-up to my home in the U.S. My fiance' called the company to return the merchandise and get my money refunded. She was greeted with a bad attitude & poor customer service!

I've given a lot of money to Blackhawk & their sub-contracted distributors over the course of the last decade. I think I'm done dealing with them. This is not the first problem I've had with Blackhawk or their distributors & trying to get their merchandise to the warfighter on the ground in a timely fashion.
