This is a first rate company. Although the item was not as expected, they kindly suggested that I donate it to charity rather that pay for shipping that would exceed the item purchase price. I would definitely recommend and will look to buy from this company. I would suggest buying a smaller size than listed too, as it seemed larger in addition to the issue raised. Again, I can't say enough good things. They stand by their customer service and product satisfaction.
