I was very sceptical of the claims made about these recovery tights, especially at the price they are sold for, but after reading the reviews I figured I would give them a try. I purchased these to wear at the end of the day during a 4 day 300 mile charity bike ride. The middle 2 days of the ride are just shy of 100 miles each. The tights worked phenomenally. I wore them to bed each night and when I got up the next morning my legs felt great. I have done the same ride in the past and woke up with sore legs before I bought the tights.The only down side I found was that the stirrups dug into my ankles a bit but that problem was easily solved by wearing a pair of ankle socks under the tights. These were well worth the money and I would recommend them to anyone that has sore legs after a workout.

I got a pair of these a few weeks ago now.

I have had 4 surgeries on my legs in the past few years, so compression really helps me out. These feel amazing. If I wear them for a few hours after being active, I can really tell the difference between recovery times. I have a hard time wearing them all night. I tend to get warm in my sleep though, so that didnt surprise me

Since I have gotten them, I have tried wearing them after a workout, and not wearing them...I can tell the difference right away the next day.

These are great if you are looking for recovery compression. If you want compression for during a workout ZXU makes a good one that you can work out in as well. (both are about $100 on amazon)

Bottom Line: worth it if you are looking for some great compression

These recovery tights are the best I've tried, a little tight to get on, but that's sort of the idea. Once on, they work their magic, and next day, the legs are much "fresher" than with any of the other brands I've used.

now that I have learned how to put it on, about once a week is all I want to deal with it, it is a chore to get dressed in it, think is way over priced and rated. The feet holes irritate my skin around the arches. I would not buy this brand again. I wear it a couple of hours and can't wait to take it off.
