I have been using these for a couple of weeks now and so far I am quite pleased with their performance. At merely 20 grams, i barely feel them on my eyes. I happened to drop them a couple of times and the lenses seem to be scratch resistant. The frame itself is quite flexible and sturdy. I've used them for some extreme biking and running on trail and on both occasions these have lived up to my expectations. These have a good nose padding to hold them in place and enough ventilation on the sides to prevent fog from building up on the inside. I don't see much use of the orange (CAT 1//2) lenses apart from being a fashion feature but the other 2 lenses (blue and clear) have increased their versatility (for use during both day and night). Changing the lenses is super easy though it took me a while to figure out how to do it correctly. Given below are the guidelines:
1. Unfold the sunglass arms.
2.Now hold the top and bottom of lenses (one lens at a time) between the index finger and the thumb. The tip of the index finger and thumb should be close to the edge of the lens closer to the center of the sunglasses.
3.Now hold the midline of the frame firmly between the index finger and thumb of the second hand.
4.Using the hand holding the lens, apply slight downward force with the index finger till the lens pops out. Use the same procedure to change the other lens.
Happy Sunglassing! (-: (-:
Update 06/11/2013:
I have been using these for almost 4 years now and they are still going strong. These have seen rough terrains, snowboarding, bike crash, rock climbing, triathlons and I have only lost the nose pad on one side. That doesn't bother me and it is not noticeable. No scratches yet on either of the lenses.

Interchangeable lens are easy to do and are ov very good quality for the price. I have been searching for some for a while for biking in the city to protect my eyes mostly and they fit well and make riding safer.Best Deals for POLARLENS S4 Sport Sunglasses Set / Cycling Glasses / Running
I needed a new pair of shade that come with interchangeable lenses (including clear) for cycling. When I ride in cloudy condition my sunglasses are too dark but not wearing them would make my eyes uncomfortable due to wearing contact lenses. These sunglasses are good for the money. I did some research on the TR90 material they use for the frame, which is supposed to be long lasting, light-weight, and flexible. However I think they can texture the mold of the frame a little better to give the frame a more high-end look. The way the frame is molded make it look cheap.Honest reviews on POLARLENS S4 Sport Sunglasses Set / Cycling Glasses / Running
I am very pleased with this purchase. I had recently broken my sports sunglasses and need some new ones. I have found these to fit well and coverage of eyes is excellent. They are used for running and cycling and they work well for both. Price was right for my budget. People do comment on the very blue color, but I don't mind because I like blue.Find helpful customer reviews and review ratings for POLARLENS S4 Sport Sunglasses Set / Cycling Glasses / Running
So far I have only used white lenses for a several weeks. The lenses are great! I don't notice them at all, no distortions or anything. Changing them is pretty easy, but first you have to figure it out: no instructions attached. One complaint is that they still don't protect from dust or wind 100%, so sometimes something still manages to get around the lens and into the eye. Since I mostly need the protection from wind and not the sun, this is an issue. Still, the best I've had so far. Not that I ever had anything fancy or special :)
