they are kinda rough comparing to regular sports shorts. but they get the job done. keep it in my backpack with a packable rain jacket. wear a sandal. it is the best rain proof combo for hiker in Hawaii.

I ordered this because I do a lot cycling in the rain. I expected it be of a plasticky material (it even looks plasticky on the site) and would have been ok with that. But I was pleasantly surprised to receive something that looks like a cool, pair of regular shorts but which keeps me 100% dry even in torrential rain. Love it. Btw, the Frog Toggs logo on the shorts adds an extra cool element. Happy customer. :)
