This is from 11-year old daughter's perspective. She loves it. Used to use rolling pack, but she wanted a messenger bag for this school year. She chose the style herself. She likes that the flap closure clips are consealed. Sufficient amount of pockets and separators to store whatever she needs to pack for school. Nice padded and adjustable shoulder sling. Compact, but can store quite a bit of stuff. Negatives: Not enough for my daughter not wanting to use it.
