I approached this purchase hesitantly. I have lived life as a 6' 8" tall man for some time, and I've learned the hard way that many items that advertise "long" or "tall" are not quite either. These SKINS are indeed medium-long. Truly, the best, most true fit I've found in any athletic gear. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for quality athletic tights. These are great for running and general work-outs. They retain heat, but are not thermal ... I would recommend them for use in temperatures of approx 30-60 degrees Fht. I would not recommend bike riding more than 5 miles unless you opt for a size up and wear riding shorts underneath. However, they do not seem best suited for that.

I bought these for jogging. I ocassionally jog but over the last few years I have developed a severe calf pain that comes and goes. When talking to my doctor he mentioned the supporting the calf muscle would help. A bit skeptical I decided to buy these. While they seemed expensive they are quite comfortable. I think I will try them on long lights to prevent swelling. Wearing them they are quite cool feeling. So far I have run for two weeks and I have had no calf pain. Ok they look like leotards so when the weather gets warm I may not be able to use them right now I wear them under sweat pants.

Amazon had a good price and shipping was ultra fast.

They are tighter than other tights by 2xu or cw-x and have a more ergonomically designed groin area. Just read the description these are summer tights and do a great job of keeping you cool during those hot runs. Perfect for off road running when brush and twigs cause problems and cuts to your legs. Awesome tights with good build quality. A+

I always suffer on high rep squats and heavy mid rep Deadlift. After I started using A400 during workout and after workout (overnight) it greatly reduced lactic build up and reduce severe DOMS. It made me recover a lot faster and maintain a trainable state body.
