The title says it all. Wasn't sure what would fit. Was prepared to return what wouldn't fit. Ended up keeping both. Bought the black size 10 on Amazon and the lychee size 8 at another on-line store.
BOTH skirts fit. Why? Because one fits nicely at the waist and the other hangs loosely between the waist and the hips. I'm an 8 and this skirt is true-to-size. I like to eat A LOT when I travel and do not want to be cinched around my waist.
The skirts go nicely with the Ex-Officio Next-To-Nothing tops. Flattering colors. I will also pack them as 'next-to-nothing' (very light-weight) carry-ons in case my main luggage gets lost between flights. Attractive-looking wrinkles in the fabric. (Yes, there is such a wonder!)
Other women may not come to the same conclusion, but I thought the skirts could be a wee-bit too see-through for my preference when out in the sun, so I also purchased the black and beige versions of the Izod 19" half-slips on Amazon (That's another review). Those slips are just the light-weight, right-sized, liners to compliment this skirt.

I was a little unsure with the limited photos on Amazon. But I really like it. It is feminine, just the right length, I am 5'7" and it hits me just at the knees, which I find best in foreign countries. The zippered pocket on the right is perfect. I thought the blue is pretty and will be easy to mix and match with my travel clothes. Another hit from Exofficio.
