I normally wear a large in most shirts. This item seemed like an XL or even a little larger. I plan to give it to my son who is somewhat heftier. Quality and color are good though.

I was looking for a shirt to wear to run my first 5K race! I didn't want anything that felt heavy or that was too thick!.. this was perfect!!! Very light and it fit perfect. It does snag very easily, but I would order another one!! It's great for running or workouts!!!
