I have never used anything other than normal shoes and pedals before and decided to try these along with a set of Crank Brothers Candy 3 Pedals. I was a little nervous with the reviews I read on what seems to be odd sizing of these shoes. I typically wear a 10.5 or 11 US size and purchased size 45, they fit perfect. Shoes appear to be well made and are pretty stiff when walking. Wish I had bought these sooner.

Good quality shoe. Very good closure system. With my 4E+ feet this shoe fits better than most. The side of my feet still feel pressure during the first 20 minutes of wearing them since these shoes seem to be 2E for width.

I wear size 15-16N so my selection is extremely limited, to date the shoes fit well and have a lot of room to snug up. I highly recommend the off road style even for recreational road biking you have a regular sole for walking and the cleat is recessed protecting from extra wear and tear.

Shimano has started to make shoes with a pointed toe box. There is no longer room for wide feet even in their extra wide shoes. I found a "last years" model that still has the roomy toe box that my toes will fit into
