This top is wonderfully vibrant in the Mandarin color and oh-so-cosy in the superfine merino wool. Definitely worth the price! I'm 5'4 with an athletic build, and I bought the large to wear as a lightweight but warm sweater. Fit is trim but not tight, though if you are a busty woman you may want to try a larger size to avoid wrinkling under the arm. Good length for staying tucked in as an inner layer. Recommended without reservation!
*Edited to to say I'm not sure what happened with the other reviewer's experience, but as the buyer and manager of a winter sports shop for over a decade I've never encountered a similar issue with Icebreaker's offerings. It's possible that the blue shirts had a bad cutting run that wasn't caught by their internal control--occasionally that happens with specialty sports manufacturers, but Icebreaker has great customer service, so I would give the rep a call and see about returning the product. Maybe try the Mandarin ones!

Let me start that I am an Icebreaker fan for many years and have not found one item that was not absolutely wonderful...until now.I purchased this top for my daughter (also a fan) in a Medium. My daughter is 5'8" tall and weighs 150lbs. She does not have sloping shoulders or any other feature that makes fitting an Icebreaker difficult, but this top was odd. The top is cut so that huge wrinkles form where the arm meets the body which means it is cut much too wide. I have very wide, flat shoulders and have problems finding shirts to fit my shoulders. I had big, ugly masses of fabric when trying on the shirt and could only get rid of them by stretching the top like there was an extra big hanger still in the shirt. Cartoon time. To add to the strangeness, the shirt hangs so baggy/droopy at the waist that it made both of us look quite pregnant. I am 53 and 5 months pregnant is not a look I consider flattering or desirable.
I am not sure how they managed to photograph the shirt to look so good, but we could not find one blue shirt out of all the boxes we opened at 2 shops that wasn't odd. We tried different sizes, and found the same oddness in the small to the x-large.
