I like Gore cycling wear and this shirt is no exception. I ordered a size up and this is perfect, snug but not too tight. It has a full zipper down the front which is unusual for a woman's cycle jersey but much better if you wear bib shorts. The color is vivid and easily seen by cars but its not a fluorescent color.

My wife is really tall 5'11 and this jersey covers the small of here back very nice on cold days when we are out mountain biking.

Jersey looks as shown. Shows off waist and shoulders, but doesn't feel tight at all. I am 5'6 and weigh 128 lbs. I ordered a small, which seemed too small because the bottom hem rode up. I exchanged for medium which fits perfect and still shows off my figure. Super soft and super comfortable. Love the material.
