So, I know it's silly, but we originally bought the size small for our cat and it ended up being too small. He's 12lbs, and I guess kind of on the bigger side. However, the medium ended up being way too big. Oh well! I ended up just altering it myself to make it more comfortable for game day. All that said, it's a super cute jersey, just not one that seems to fit cats.
