I am 5'10" and 190 lbs and bought a large.
The only problem really is in the thigh and butt area. They are very tight and I don't particularly have huge thighs, I should have probably gotten an XL. Otherwise I enjoy them.

Very comfortable. The pad is the best I've ever riden on. However, the legs are a bit too tight fitting and over all (5'11", 175 lbs, 34" waistsize Large).

I'm 6'2" and 170lbs and a medium fit fine, tight in a good way. The fabric feels smooth and high quality, the bib stays in place, and the pad was comfortable throughout a 45 mile ride. I paid 70 and I'm ecstatic. Ill probably buy another, and I'd pay 90 if i had to.
Honest reviews on Sugoi Men's Evolution Bib Short
This is my second pair of bib shorts. After reading lots of reviews I bought a pair of Sugoi RS bibs a couple of months ago and I wear these on rides over 25-30 miles. To add a second pair of bibs into the rotation (I have two pair of Pearl Izumi shorts) I decided to try the Sugoi Evolution. I would have gone with the RS again but I couldn't find them for the price that I paid a couple months ago. The Evolution's just arrived yesterday and I wore them on a 30 mile ride last night. They seem to be a decent pair of bibs but they definitely feel different than the RS. The chamois seems thicker or a different shape. I noticed it more off the bike than once I started riding. I didn't have any issues once I was on the bike. The RS bibs have held up well to machine washing and air drying. Time will tell if the Evolution hold up as well. Size wiseI'm 5'9" and weigh 160 and I went with Large and they fit well. Might be able to squeeze into a Medium but would definitely want to try them on in a store first to be sure.

It's all about the chamois in this bib. The bib also fits like a glove and doesn't ride up your leg or bunch up in the groin area. I also haven't noticed any "hot points" and so far have not required any butter on my long rides.
