I purchased this and it was too small,,, to order this belt properly, make sure you order by your belt size,, if you wear a 42 belt, buy a size that fits as a 44, the product was nicely made tho, it comes without a belt

I really like this addition to my belt. It takes away any pressure points and is very comfortable. It also pairs nicely with my plate carrier. I do wish there was a belt keeper system for it as it does jump up on me while running. I actually wish they made a slightly smaller version so I could wear it at work where I can't get away with something this large on my uniform. It sure would help my back.

I tried the actual VTAC brand Brokos belt mainly because more sizes were available but ultimately found the design and contouring of this 5.11 version to be MUCH more comfortable.
