My expectations often get the best of me. I bought this product from a brand perspective. It is a great color, good cut, and practical for day to day use. It is a nice weight and provides good insulation. The aspect of this jacket that isn't pleasing is that the fleece began to "pill" almost right away. While this garment has a number of good practical qualities, I would not have expected it to "pill". My husband and I both have outerwear that is over a decade old and it has never "pilled".

The first time i saw this garment i said "i want it"...it looks so great, so stylish...very pretty.

I'm from Chile so i went to an outdoor store and i tried it...M size fitted me nice! so i found it in Amazon, i buy it and a friend in NY sent it to me.

The very first time i wore it it felt great...very confortable, warm...no complaints! buuut when i took it off i realized that was pilled in the entire low back zone!! yesss...in the very first time of wearing!! that day i just sitted in my desk's chair...even when i walked in the street i wore a jacket over it...so nothing "wierd" touched it!!

In that moment i felt so disappointed about the fabric's quality that i really felt regret about purchase it!

Since that moment, after everytime i wear it, i must take out the little "pills" that appears in the low back zone, even over the chest area!

I must say this pullover has very nice technical performance...i live in a very windy area and it protect me a lot, even wearing just a long sleeve t-shirt under...but i think that this great perfomance will last only for a short time cause the fabric follow pilling itself everytime time i wear it and i won't use it in that condition...i like to look good when i go out my home...so maybe it will be a very warm pijama in not many more time.

I have several cheaper TNF TKA100 fleece sweaters and none has suffered that spoiling even after many months of use.

:/ that's my sad experience!! Please Mountain Hardwear's people...can you improve the fabric's quality?? This garment hardly will resist a real outdoor journey!!

To wear around the house or to go out in. As I got older, I realized I had to move from a hoodie to something more acceptable to wear to work and around the office. These are lightweight and very comfortable. I wouldn't wear them in temperatures below 45 or 40 degrees (F) or above 65, but they are also nice to lounge around the house in if you aren't being active.

The downside to them is that you have to pull them off over your head and the material tends to be attracted to work clothes, so it might pull your shirt up a little (but this is a problem with all pull overs).

The neck hole has a zipper that makes it large enough to take off when needed.

I am very pleased with this fleece sweatshirt. Very comfy, great fit and looks very nice as well. Definitely not a winter coat though, but that's rather obvious. Works very well went you want something stylish to warm you up on a slightly chilly day.

High quality with great vibrant colors. Mountain hardwear makes some high end clothing. I have yet to buy one of their products that was bad and didn't last. Expensive but I guess you get what you pay for.
