bought this after reading it's benefits and scientific approach. i usually feel cramps about to happen when i do rigid training (sprinting) after wearing for only a few times it really feels like my muscles are kept tight giving me more power to exert.
PROS: really does a great job
CONS: i had a few people asking "why are your wearing soccer socks for running". but i never mind
GREAT socks!I use this to run more than 18 km ( 11 milles ) . they are perfect . i use too in marathons and half marathons
