I got this wetsuit for my 10 yr old daughter who is 80lbs and 53" tall. I went with the size 12 and it fits Great with a little room for growing. She uses it at the beach and loves it! It keeps her real warm. I worried about which size to get but I made the right choice and all is good.

My son's lips turns blue within ten minutes in the indoor pool (he is very thin). We have to pull him out within twenty minutes much to his disappointment. Swim shirts and trunks couldn't keep him warm. This suit is wonderful, he stays warm and can stay in the pool for 45 minutes to an hour before his lips are blue.
The fit is nice we tried another brand in size 10 in children and it was much too tight and uncomfortable. This Junior / Youth wetsuit fits great and isn't tight in the crotch area (very big deal to my son). The back zipper is easy to zip or unzip.
The look of the suit (black with dark blue trim) is "cool" and we are very pleased.

I read many of the reviews for this product prior to purchasing it. I have to say that all of them were true. My son is 54 inches tall and 115 lbs I purchased a size 14 for him and it fits perfectly. We have a membership to an indoor pool this winter, but the pool is an outside pool that is covered with a "bubble," so even though it's heated, it's still chilly. This product keeps my son warm and does not impede his swimming. My son says it "kind of pinches" in the groin area and the neck area feels tight if you're sitting, but other than that, it's great! He says as long as you're standing or swimming, it fits really well.

It fit my 10 year old son who is 5 "1" and 85 lbs. He's thin and the arms didn't fit at all and had stitching on the seam that would have worn into the skin had he worn this on the ocean. Had to return it but it's good if your child is thicker in the arms and legs.
