I'm 5'11", weigh about 198 and wear a 16 1/2-35 dress shirt. This jacket just fits me perfectly. I'm not sure what it is with this brand, but it runs small.
It's a good weight jacket and the length of the back fits well as does the sleeve length.
I'll let ya know how it performs when winter hits.

Thermal performance of this jacket is great, I wear an underarmor jersey underneath and it will keep me comfortable in temperatures down around 30 degrees. The design and cut are also great with pockets right were you need them. I can say that if you are in between sizes go big, normally I am between XL and XXL, tried the XL and no way did it fit, the XXL fit great and returning the XL through Amazon was an absolute breeze. The only thing that bothers me about the jacket is the zipper, it is very tight and hard to operate, really tough to undo at the bottom when starting to zip it up or trying to get it off. Great putter layer. Under 35 degrees i need a longsleeve layer and it has nice vents to cool down. Very well made and at the discounted price I say pick one up if you are looking before they are gone. Just got this jacket last week here on Amazon. Initial impressions are that it is a very well made jacket. I am 6'1" and 174 lbs and the size large fits me great. Sleeve length is perfect and the fit is trim with out being restrictive. There is adequate room for a light or mid-weight fleece layer if you need it but it seems with a good base layer you may be good down to about freezing or so. Good butt coverage as well. As soon as some of the snow melts here in CT I plan to give this jacket a go on nice winter road ride. I will update this review once I put a few miles on.2/9/13: Have been out on several cold weather rides now and this jacket performs wonderfully. Easy to regulate temp with the venting system on warm or very cold days. Fit is excellent with no restriction on rides. My only quibble is the cuffs are tough to get over my lobster mits as they are pretty tight. Otherwise no issues. I can easily say it is one of the better purchases I have made in awhile.
