This thing is tight and you can feel it right away. Its probably twice the tightness of the Nike Pro Combat compression pants that I have. The material is also much thicker. Just make sure you are careful taking it on and off in order to avoid tearing it. Also hand-wash only.Best Deals for 2XU Recovery Compression Arm Sleeve
I did a lot of research to make sure I ordered the correct size. I did and it should have fit perfectly if it hadn't been so very very long! I didn't fancy wearing it up to my armpits really. Definitely NOT for the average length arms!Honest reviews on 2XU Recovery Compression Arm Sleeve
Before buying those sleeves all I saw was rave about them. Pity, but I cannot write another positive review. I tried them for around 4 months, playing on average 8 hours tennis each week (I rest only for weekends). If there is some benefit for my muscles -I didn't notice (thus the title of this review). I didn't sense any muscle vibration reduction, or reduced fatigue. They didn't help me with slight itching pain in the muscle of right arm.The only benefit was keeping fixed body temperature (useful even when there is ~32°C), but considering the price I could choose any other sleeve for just that. Granted, technically they are well manufactured, they don't smell after extensive use, they are still white (I didn't wash them on purpose), they don't roll down (once you stretch them and put over your arm, they sit like glued to arm), they don't interfere with blood circulation or any kind of arm movement, no matter how you bend elbow. In short they feel like second skin. The problem is I didn't need just second skin, but some support for my muscles, to protect them from being "overplayed".
I put it this way, if I could get my money back, I wouldn't buy those sleeves again. Too little benefits against the price, sorry -exactly the same product at 1/3 of price promising "they will keep you warm", sure.
