The product arrived fine, but I mistakenly ordered the worng size. So I printed a return lable from Amazon's website and returned the item. It's now over a weel later so I contacted the seller via Amazon's website for an update and they state they have not recieved the product. They asked for a trasking number, which I admit is resonable, but I followed Amazon's return instructions and they did not say it should be returned via a service with tracking, the site just printed out a mailing lable. My error in the end, but this is the 2nd poor customer service issue I've had this week with an outside Amazon vendor. Going forward if Amazon is not handling the order completely I will not be ordering, their outside vendors are not reliable.

The jersey looked great but I got the wrong size for my lab. The Lg wasn't big enough. I should have got the XLg. :(

The item arrived in a timely manner and it was in perfectly new condition. Packed very well. I purchased this when the Texas Rangers were in the World Series and also for our pet to wear for Halloween. The pictures turned out fantastic. Our only disappointment was I ordered an XL thinking this would be the perfect size for our dog but he really needed an XXL. But I couldnt locate an XXL online.
