Overall, this sock is a great compression sock. My calf measures to a small, but I got an x-small, because I like it tight and I figured the sock would stretch out overtime. I've worn the sock about 3 times, and it was great. It performed as expected, and it hasn't lost any tightness over 3 washes. The reason I gave it 4 stars was because there is so much material that covers your foot. It was a bit bulky and made my foot extra sweaty. I have pretty tough feet, and often like to not wear socks, so it's just my opinion. There's probably all that material for a reason.
