I got this bra for yoga class, and it's all right, but way too expensive for just a fabric bra with no real support. You wouldn't be able to do any kind of intense workout in this. Not long after I bought this, I stumbled on "nursing bras" that came in a 2 pack for $14, and they were literally the exact same thing as this bra a plain fabric bra with the crossover front. I would suggest searching for those instead.

I love Prana and am thrilled that they make this sports bra. No pinching or pulling....just soft material against my skin. Perfection.

I wear this bra every time I go to Bikram yogaits supportive enough for the practice and keeps me (relatively) comfortable in the hot room. Definitely not for high impact sports, but super comfortable for yoga and other low impact activities.

I like the Prana Sophia. Soft material, attractive cut, love the detail on the back. It is not very supportive, though, so no good for exercise with any amount of vigor at all. I wear as a bra just for normal daily activities like work, shopping, errands, etc. For any type of exercise, must wear something else. Still, though, I love this and bought it in three colors.
