I do not expect a cotton turtleneck to retain its color for many washings but I do expect better than the one washing and faded new turtleneck which is what I got with these Port Authority shirts. With Landsend it takes 20 or more washings to get the fade I saw after one cold water washing of this shirt. Landsend is out of stock until July so I took a chance on this shirt in navy and it turned out to be a mistake.

The neck collar and wrists hold shape nicely due to the spandex used. Very nice woven faboric used. Recieved very quickly.

The fabric of this shirt is remarkably comfortable, and fits wide shoulders very well. This would normally take an XL at least, but the Medium worked perfectly. Layering this under dress-shirts adds warmth and looks classy, a great deal for the price. Better to layer-up with clothes than carry around the heavy and hot 40+ pounds that used to gird the girth! Those with wider tummies may prefer to order-up. Good luck!

This is a very comfortable fabric and the fit is perfect. Seems to be made very well have owned it a few months and have not had any snags yet.
