I bought this belt 2 weeks ago, when I was 20 weeks pregnant because walking/running had become a bit more uncomfortable. I find I want to wear it anytime i'm out walking, as it provides great support.

My friend who's also pregnant bought one of the those wide, white maternity belts, but tried on mine while out for a walk together and said mine provides better support. (In addition to the main closing, it has two extra velcro straps you can use to make it tighter.) I also love the color/design of my new belt, because it's more discreet than the big thick white ones.

I will continue to use it post baby, as I've heard it's really good for postpartum. Makes a great gift for yourself, or anyone you know who's pregnant.
