Bought these thermal tights for running and cycling. They do the job in the upper 30's and 40's, but leave you chilled in the mid to low 30's. Ankle is a bit tight. I bought a size L and could have gone up one size I am not a large person at 6 foot 175 lbs with thin legs so heads up. Love the compression and durability. If cycling, try the Pearl Izumi thermals, they seem to keep the wind away better.

Im 6ft 3, 220 ibs, i bought a medium tall and it seems to fit pretty good. i went on my fist run with them, about 7 miles, I was not sore in my legs and i completed the run faster, I don t know if its the pants or psychology. I recommend them, that was the best run i have ever had, no post soreness, I wore them for like 2 hrs after the run for recovery.

I use this compression tights for my skiing and snowboarding trips and its just works, the compression is solid and confortable, the fit for size small is really good (I'm 5'5"), there are no wrinkles or anything like that, you'll be warm on the slopes.

I love these tights for what they are WARM. But if you're going to be standing around a lot they wont retain much of that heat, you really have to be constantly active to stay warm (like every tight). The compression is just right and the brushed interior feels great against the skin. I like the lower waistband as it feels a little sportier, I'm not a big fan of high waistbands. My only worry is how long these would last under very heavy use I run about 30-40 a week in these in colder weather and the inner thigh area is starting to wear high in the crotch. Either way I have no doubts they'll at LEAST last a full winter season. Great in anything below about 55 degrees
