I almost got the medium, but thank goodness I went for the large. I am 6'2" 178 and the large is skin tight with just a little room to move around in. I wanted something that wasn't constricting of the arms and neck so this does just the job.

I would not recommend this shirt. I am a triathlete and the shirt remains wet and does not wick like you would think a performance shirt should. Also after one wash the zoot logo was already cracking. Horrible buy from a brand so reputable.

This is a great tri shirt. The pockets are just big enough for 3 Gu packets, but it's a tight fit. I used it on a half iron and it kept me cool and didn't chafe.

Fits great and very comfortable! In Az you need to be able to stay cool and this does the trick! Its is good in the pool but it isnt like a compression shirt. It does catch the water but not enough to be a problem. Great for the first time triathlete who doesnt want to spend a fortune on their first race.

The reason I purchased this tri top was to make it easier for family to see me coming during a race, and to make it easier for cars to see me during training. This top fits well and doesn't have any high friction areas.
