I'm 6'6", 185 lbs, and upper arm relaxed is 11 1/2" so I ordered the white medium size. I cycle about 7,500 miles a year. The med. size stays up nicely. With long arms I could use another 2 to 3 inches in length, but for most I'm sure they'd be just right in length. They work super on warm days cycling as you sweat the evaporation makes for a cooling effect, and on cool mornings they add warmth like a thin arm warmer. I like them so well I'm buying a second set for hiking in the desert. I've only worn these 5 or 6 times, so I don't know how they will hold up over time. I had a cheap Knock off pair made in China which did NOT have the cooling effect these do, nor were they warm on cool mornings, so I'm quite pleased.

I am out on the field in the sun for more than 6 hours every Saturday playing cricket. I wanted something to save me from the sun and this item is a Godsend. As soon as i put it on, my arms were cooler than rest of my body. I don't know how it works, but it works great. Saved my skin from sun-burns and excessive tan too.

I was super worried this would be too big but I'm 5'2 and 118lbs and size Small was just rightnot too big. I've road without these and then with these and they make a huge difference on those super hot days! Not really sure why more people don't wear them.

They work! Wore it for almost an entire afternoon biking and I didn't get burned one bit on my arms. They have a nice cooling effect on your arms when you are moving. When the temperature is borderline cool/warm (spring in Toronto) they do kind of keep you warmer than just having bare skin. The whites do get a bit dirty more easily, but nothing a wash can't handle. I would buy another set in black. I'm 5'11", 167 lbs, lean build and the Mediums fit me just fine.

purchased these for colder days to have protection from the wind.

i purchased a large size. i am 6'4" and have long arms and the large size is a bit long they fit from my shoulder all the way to my wrist so a bit too big. that said, they are snug and feel great on my arms when cycling.

definitely recommend.
