This running hat was perfect for my needs (blocking out intense Texas sun). I ordered the purple, which is a heliotrope purple color. It is extremely bright. I also have a yellow model that I got with the Newton running logo.

Because I sweat a lot, I wash this hat after every run, then let it air dry. So far it has held up really well just don't use fabric softener on this type of fabric.

I have a big head (23 inches/58 cm) and wear a ponytail. This hat fits fine with no adjustments. I will never go back to generic baseball caps.

the hat is very good and although it says one size fits all, it has a adjusting clip. This clip is the lightest plastic and broke the first time I wore it! I sewed the two straps together and now it's one size fits all and durable. The attaching clip shouldn't be this light weight as this isn't a cheap hat.

I use this hat for running. I have never had a running hat before so I have nothing to judge it against. The sweat ban doesn't work as well as I had hoped. I also thought there would be air movement thru the hat. It is very light and comfortable.

This is the worst running hat ever. You'd think that it would be hard to screw up a hat, but this hat fails its very simple purpose. The other reviews are correct that the plastic adjustment thing in the back is really cheap. This means that it is very difficult to adjust the hat without the plastic thing coming disconnected, which basically means you can't adjust the hat. After a while the hat just didn't even buckle in the back at all, no matter how loosely I put it around my head. Do not buy this product.

Great products of Headsweats. I use these for running. They made a lot of difference in soaking up and wicking our the sweat. I also use the skull caps for racketball and under my cycling helmet.
