I referee both Club and HS Soccer and sweat profusely. Had a real problem keeping the sweat out of my eyes, but with the GUTR headband it's never a problem. I never worry about soaked with sweat head bands. The GUTR is the greatest aid for those who want to keep sweat out of their eyes when doing sports or working hard outside.

I have tried a lot of headbands, they're all the same. Once they get saturated with sweat they stop working. The sweatgutr does a great job of channelling away the sweat. A simple concept but very effective.

i use this with my bike helmet, does a decent job of keeping the sweat out of my eyes and off of my glasses and leaves a nice line across my forehead, kinda like frankenstein.

A minimal design and ultra-durable. It works exactly as it says and channels sweat away from your forehead and away from your eyes. This makes for a cooling effect because the sweat actually drips near your temples. A runner friend of mine had one of these and I had to try it after his raving review. I also use this headband when it is hot outside.

The plastic material is good because it does not absorb sweat like normal sweatbands and thus will need to be washed far less. It is also small enough to fit under a cyclist helmet, which was it's original design intent, I believe. I don't think that these have caught on as being fashionable, especially with women.

There are some other goofy headbands that they try and market at events that are still made of cloth and probably don't work as good as the GUTR. I am a GUTR supporter and I'm glad that I have found this product. I would recommend it to any serious runner or athlete who is tire of wiping sweat out of their eyes on hot days and who don't like the feel of moist cloth sweatbands against their forehead (which probably also cause acne).

I am using the strap for a month in Israel hot weather.

It does the job.

The only one downside is that if you placed you head low (e.g. to look at your cycling computer), then, VERY RARELY, a drop my go to your eye glasses.

other than that did its job. I switched to the GUTR for good.
