I've had a pair of these socks for about a year and a half. Worth every penny. Cool colors, keeps my feet happy. Highly recommended. Tough.

I've worn many hiking (and running) sock brands (SmartWool, FoxRiver, Bridgedale, Point6) and Darn Tough is by far my favorite. They are very comfortable (I like a medium cushion for day hiking), and they don't wear out at the back of the heel as quickly as other brands I've tried. I wear a mid-height hiking boot and hike for about 90 minutes to 2 hours at a time, twice a week, and so far these socks have been ideal. I also like the color options. The Darn Tough running socks are also my favorite (and yes, I've tried many, many brands of running socks).
