Took these shoes out for the first time this morning on a 7 mile run. I love them. They are much more comfortable compared to the previous Neo 33 model and the laces are longer (I loved the previous model. I'm on my third pair of Neo 33s. I went through 2 pairs training for 2 half marathons, a 25k and a full marathon the only time my feet felt uncomfortable in these shoes was after mile 20 during the marathon). Usually it'll take about 30 miles before my shoes feel broken in, but these shoes are perfect right out of the box. I did have a little bit of numb-toe (which is what I usually experience with new shoes before I figure out the lacing tension vs. foot swelling) but that quickly went away after mile 2. Fit my foot like a glove (and I have average feet not too wide, not too narrow, with an average arch). I typically order a 10 and this 10 fit just right. Typically my Neo 33s last about 500 miles...hoping these will follow suit. OH, the purple shoes are super bright and shiny! I like it but wasn't expecting it. I hope this is helpful :-)

These are great pair of shoes. I bought them for my wife as I have a pair myself (second pair). They are great for high mileage training. They could also be used for long distance runs/races. They are specifically designed for a runner with a neutral to slight over pronation and mid/hill strike form. I would venture to say they could accommodate most runners unless they were an extreme over/under pronater. As mentioned, I bought a pair myself which was my second purchase of the Neo 33. I bought the first version several months ago and have logged approximately 300-400 miles on them. They are still going strong and I continue to use them on shorter training days.

Nothing compares to putting on a new pair of running shoes and heading out for a run. Classic Asics feel, the pain I was starting to feel in my legs as my last Asics had run their course subsided w these newbies. They did feel a little tight around the toes but it was only the first run, therefore couldn't give them a 5 star just yet. Hoping they break in w a few more sessions. Will always buy Asics gel, like running on a cloud compared to any other brand I've tried!

This shoes although light, they are somewhat smaller than 7.5. My shoe size is a 7 but I always buy a 7.5 so it will fit better with the socks, however the back is too high and it rubs in the back and I now have 2 blisters and cannot wear them anymore.

I order a 7.5 Medium ASICS.

I got Shoes with no Width mark and it feels too narrow.

Usually my size is 7, sometime 7.5, but always Medium Width works for me.

Not this time. I didn't like the shoes.
