The company actually selling the pants mistakenly shipped it as normal delivery even though I paid for expedited. I contacted them immediately once I noticed the item was not delivered on time as promised. It was an oversight on their part. Once I explained, they more than made up for mistake. I won't go into details on how they redeemed themselves, but they went far beyond what I would of and could of asked for. I will actually use this vender in the future directly for purchases on their web site "". They have tons of awsome products to choose from w/ very competative prices. For instance, when I was in Law Enforcement before retiring on dissability, we would use one vendor for these pants. On that web site, they cost nearly $100. Optics only cost half of that, and as stated, their customer service was phenominal.........too many good things to say about the product, company, and service.

Just got these in the mail and they are AWESOME!! Comfortable and plenty of room for every day carry and concealment.
