It's not stiff or chaffing in any way, I would compare it to any other comfortable dress shirt. The difference is the material feels very light and feels like it will dry much quicker than any other regular dress shirt. It has a vent in the back to let air flow in. I'm sure I will sweat but it is hard to imagine i will with such breathability.
