Ordered an XL for my husband, ad should state sizes run small as it fits like a med-lg at best. Held up to other XL shirts you can see the vast difference. Also, sleeves are shorter than usual and the cuffs are so small and tight that my husband cannot get his hand through the cuff! I have tiny hands and wrists and my hands barely fit the cuff, I think these are irregulars although ad does not state that they are. I definitely would not recommend this item to anyone, especially if purchasing for a man.
