These sweatshirts are great! I am 5'10", average build, and a large size is just perfect. The length is just below the waist, fitted and comfortable, doesn't hang like some other sweatshirts. Length of the sleeves is just right. The shoulders fit very well and if you have large upper arms the fit would be perfect. I like the material and it launders just fine without shrinking or fading. I purchased two already and I am going to order two or more of these in different colors.Best Deals for Authentic Pigment 1975 Pigment-Dyed Crew Neck
Sweatshirts are kind of a personal trademark for me. I have dozens, in every color, and I wear them in preference to sweaters or jackets. The Authentic Pigment sweatshirts are my favorites. They are generously sized. (Sweatshirts shouldn't be tight or short.) But it's all about color. Most sweatshirt companies make very basic and boring colors. The Authentic Pigment colors are much more pleasant and interesting. They are the only ones I buy now.Honest reviews on Authentic Pigment 1975 Pigment-Dyed Crew Neck
All women have issues buying mens sizes. After exhausting comparison of 'pigment dyed sweatshirts' till my eyes glazed over, I ordered this in a L in periwinkle. I'm 5'8"-9", wear size 10 pants, am pretty big-boned and like tops fairly loose. This listing shows it sells from LEAD. But tne one I got today is sold by 'Under Moments', which doesn't appear on ANY of the listings now, so I'm unable to compare actual pre-died brands or be specific about my comments.
Arms & body are very long. Cuffs at wrist and bottom are quite tight so when I roll up sleeves, they don't stretch comfortably. I need to fold the bottom cuff up under where it reaches my legs at just above mid-thigh. If I'd ordered a M, it would be too narrow across the shoulders for my taste, and even tighter at wrists and 'waist'.
Because all internet sales count on us not wanting to go through the bother and cost of returning things, true for me, I'll keep it and probably cut off the cuffs at wrist and 'waist'. Just so you know what you'll probably face.
