I bought these shoes for $15, including shipping. I got tired of dealing with the beach shoes I bought from payless that kept giving me blisters at the water park. I don't use them for diving and never will. I just wanted something to wear to keep from getting blisters in the hot summer sun. I have worn them about a dozen times at the beach, outside in general, and at the water park. Of course, these boots do not keep your feet dry. What they do is keep you comfortable and without blisters even soaking wet after a full day of walking around. It is high enough to keep the sand off at the beach also. They never got too hot, even on hot, sunny days at 100 degrees. I wear a 10, I ordered a 10 and they fit perfectly. They are meant to be snug, but that is because of the material, I had plenty of tread under my foot, the tops right behind fit a little snug, probably because they are meant to fit in fins, but they are not to the point of being uncomfortable. Also, they slip on easy, but have to pulled off like a pair of wet socks. That might upset some people, but it means no rubbing and no blisters, and how often are you going to take them off? Even after a month's worth of use, there is no sign of wear on the boot at all.

Normally wear a size 91/2 shoe. Ordered a 10 to be safe, and can just barely fit in. They are small in relation to our expectations. Other than that, they are pretty good for kayaking, etc.

I bought these to use windsurfing. The sole is grippy on the board and has prevented me from getting my feet cut while walking to the water. They also keep me a bit warmer. They hurt my toes after a few hours just a little bit, but they seem to be true to size (I have size 9.5 to 10 feet and the 10s work well).

I needed warm water shoes to go tubing and rafting in freezing CO mountain rivers and these are perfect for the job! The outsole offers excellent grip and complete protection on slippery rocks. I wear a women's 7/7.5 and after reading all the reviews, bought the size 6. It's a perfect fit easy and quick to pull on, but not loose.

Walking on rocks and broken shells to get to the water to spearfish, then getting out with catch demands some foot protection. These booties are comfortable and truly fit the bill. Lightweight, thin, tough, comfortable.
