It's worth noting right off the bat (pun intended), that I'm not a woman. But I purchased this product for my girlfriend, so I can speak somewhat authoritatively on the matter. I also own the original Replica Jersey. So from that standpoint, I feel I provide an accurate comparison.
So I'll say that this version of the jersey if every bit as high quality as the regular version, except it fits the woman's figure better. The material, stitching, and patches are almost literally the exact same as the original.
With that said, the quality is STILL not to the same degree as the Authentic Collection jerseys that Majestic also makes. Sadly, for women looking for something that's going to fit them well, there is no Authentic Collection option. But that's not to say this particular jersey isn't worth the purchase. It most definitely is. This is especially true with Amazon's excellent pricing.
