I just got this yesterday. I bought it from the USED items for $31.60. Thank you Amazon! I thoroughly checked it out in front of a mirror, testing zippers, snaps, etc and there is absolutely nothing USED about it. The package looked like it had been resealed -it appears to me that it was a simple return. Just the few minutes I had it on to check it out, I could feel the warmth although it is not as thick/overstuffed as some ski jackets I have owned in the past. The color is true to that shown in the ad for the Blue Jay color. I felt the medium I bought was a tiny bit smaller then a medium since I am more on the small size, but this medium fits me GREAT! with room to put a heavy layer underneath. I'm a South Texan from San Antonio but we are taking a trip to New England in the fall, so I was looking for something really really warm, since I tend to get cold easily (even here in S. Texas). I am absolutely thrilled with my purchase. THE HOOD: I really like the hood. The draw string is almost invisible (hidden under a tab). I like the hood style too (I think unusual). The draw string is recessed back from the edge of the hood, createing a bill-like or shade to protect your eyes. The zipper can be raised all the way up your neck (I like that). On the fit -there are outside zippers underneath the arms to adjust the fit loose or tight I thought that was ingenious and did not know such a style existed. This underarm zipper is what made the jacket fit me very well. With the zipper closed the jacket was more snug -depending whether I have a thick or thin layer will depend on whether I zip or unzip the underarm. ABOUT THE SIZING: Just my suggestion -consider sizing up if you plan to wear thick layer underneath the jacket or if you are "busty" (I'm a 34) and the hips also seemed "snug" (I'm a 37). The sleeves are nice and long just like the picture. My arm lenght to knuckles is 25". The medium jacket arm length is is 26", the jacket bust and hip i are approximately 39 (zippers closed) approx 40" zipper open.

Bought this for my teenager and she loved it. We used in in Switzerland -4 degrees celsius and she was still really warm. Great graphics and functions (jacket hooks to DC pants to keep snow out)

Nice classic fit with just enough room for layers and longer length protection. Colored trim will be fun to match with solid or print pants. It's yet to make it to the slopes but will be a great addition next year.
